This Code of Ethics outlines the principles and behavioural standards expected of all directors, employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives of the company in the discharge of their duties.
Purpose
The purpose of this Code is to:

- Uphold the reputation and trustworthiness of AFSS;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies;
- Establish a culture of accountability and integrity in all business practices.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, officers, board members, agents, contractors, and affiliates of AFSS Systems, regardless of role or location.

4.1 Integrity and Honesty
We conduct all business with honesty, fairness, and the utmost integrity. We avoid conflicts of interest, falsification of records, and any form of deception.
4.2 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All AFSS representatives must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to our operations in the United Kingdom and any other jurisdictions in which we operate.
4.3 Confidentiality and Data Protection
We safeguard sensitive and confidential information relating to clients, partners, employees, and the business. We comply strictly with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
4.4 Respect and Diversity
We promote an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory working environment. Harassment, bullying, or any behaviour that undermines an individual’s dignity or rights will not be tolerated.

4.6 Fair Competition and Anti-Bribery
We support open and fair competition. Bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, or any form of unethical inducement is strictly prohibited under our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
4.7 Environmental Responsibility
We recognise our responsibility to the environment. AFSS is committed to promoting sustainability, reducing our ecological footprint, and supporting our Green Environment Management systems.
Conflicts of Interest
Employees and associates must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with those of AFSS. Any real or potential conflict must be disclosed immediately to management.
Reporting Ethical Breaches
AFSS encourages open communication regarding ethical concerns. Any suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breach of this Code should be reported through the appropriate channels without fear of retaliation.
Accountability and Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract, and, where appropriate, legal proceedings. All personnel are responsible for upholding this Code and reporting concerns appropriately.
