Project Management

We have been managing software implementation together with PMCT Accountants & Consultants for last 14 years. We have experience and expertise to project manage implementation for any business type and size. Training would cover many approaches to managing software implementation projects.

Strategy Consultancy

Business owners and senior managers are responsible for defining and directing objectives of an entity in conformity with mission and aims as to why the entity exist. Strategy must evolve with time and challenges if an entity is do more than just survive. This training would equip candidates with strategies positively impacting entities.
